I am enthusiastic, professional, devoted and able to assist in making your wedding one that will always be remembered.
I have the latest in digital equipment to enhance the audio experience.
OUR FIRST MEETING
First meeting will usually be at my home or at a place that is more convenient to you. This relaxed initial meeting will allow you to express your plans and ideas to help me create something unique to you. During our meeting, I will go through the legal requirements and my role as a Civil Marriage Celebrant.
You will receive what I like to call, “my ceremony survival kit”, which will include examples of vows, a guide to help you write your own vows if that is your choice, poems, ritual ideas and readings and a comprehensive questionnaire which will give me a greater understanding of who you are.
Second meeting, we will further discuss your ceremony as well as fill out the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). This form must be lodged with me at least 1 month prior to your ceremony. I will also need to sight the required identification documents.
We can meet again to discuss your ceremony as well as via email or telephone.
Rehearsal at the venue (venue permitting) in the days prior to your ceremony.
I conduct a sincere and professional ceremony and will ensure that I dress to fit in with the style of your wedding – it is your day, not mine!
DO I NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING?
You are required to sign some documents during the ceremony e.g. the Certificate of Marriage, the Marriage Register and the presentation Marriage Certificate. You will need two witnesses over the age of 18 to sign these documents.
At the end of your ceremony, you will receive professionally printed marriage certificate. Completion of all legal paperwork and lodgement with the relevant authorities on your behalf. (Please note, after the marriage couples must obtain their own Registered Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages.)
Your ceremony is special to you and your guests and should be heard by all attending your wedding. I supply a PA Wireless Speaker with microphones – MP3, Bluetooth, USB, Wireless, iPhone connectivity.
Kelly is absolutely wonderful, warm, professional and understanding. We were so lucky to have Kelly marry us legally in Melbourne and then the main big wedding in Vietnam. Her enthusiasm shone through the days, she would listen to your idea, make it happen, make us felt at ease.
We are also very grateful for her effort on both of the rehearsals, one when we were having no idea and she made it so easy for us, the other one she made it so personal. We enjoyed our days, so did our guest. Thank you so much, We couldn’t wish for a better celebrant for our wedding day.
Thank you so much Kelly for being both so professional and personable. You did an amazing job and we loved having you be a part of our wedding day
Kelly went above and beyond as a wedding celebrant and a friend to the family. She is not just doing her job but contributing her fantastic ideas to make our wedding our most memorable day ever. She was pleasant to talk to and is one who loves to create wonderful memories for wedding couples.
I am glad that we found her as our celebrant! Considering the amount of work and her dedication and her passion in what she’s doing. I can see she put heart and soul in making our wedding day the best day in life 🙂
