To attend and conduct the marriage ceremony at the agreed date, time, and location. Arriving to set up for the ceremony at least 30 minutes prior.
If requested, conduct a rehearsal.
In the unlikely event Kelly is unable to conduct the ceremony due to illness or unforeseen circumstances: you will be notified as soon as possible and assisted to arrange for the ceremony to be completed by another registered Celebrant, with the transferring of your Notice of Intended Marriage, and a refund of fees. Kelly will transfer any booking fees or deposits to the new Celebrant.
Kelly has explained the legal requirements for entering into a marriage. If this is not understood in any way, the couple must make this know to Kelly.
The Couple agrees:
To pay a $100 deposit at the time of submitting the Notice of Intended Marriage, and the balance one week prior to the wedding date.
To provide all requested original documentation for sighting no later than 48 hours prior to the wedding date.
To advise Kelly immediately in writing of any change to the date, time or place of the marriage ceremony. Kelly reserves the right to terminate the agreements should she be unable to conduct the ceremony due to the change and retain any fees paid to date.
